Advance Full Payment
Settle your journey in full at the time of booking and enjoy a 5% reduction on the total fare as a token of our appreciation for your commitment.

Flexible Deposit Plan (60/40)
A 60% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining 40% balance must be settled at least 14 days prior to your departure.
Failure to settle the balance by the deadline will be considered a voluntary cancellation. In such cases, the initial deposit is non-refundable as it covers pre-arranged logistics and artisan bookings.
To provide you with peace of mind, our cancellation policy is designed with both flexibility and fairness in mind:
・ Cancellations made at least 30 days before your scheduled departure are fully refundable. We return your commitment in full, no questions asked.
・ For cancellations within 14 to 29 days of departure, a 50% refund will be issued. This covers the essential non-refundable deposits made to our private venues and artisan partners.
・ Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable, as all bespoke arrangements and private services are fully secured at this stage.
